When she was crying, the fairy used her magic to change Cinderella's dress and got her to the castle. There, she met a handsome prince who fell in love with her at the first sight. She realized that she was bad, so she said good bye to the prince. Then, she went back to her house with her step mother who knew that there was Cinderella. Her step sisters laughed and insulted her because she was stupid to leave the prince. Five years later Ella stood with her sisters as they got married with two men from the town. She smiled truly happy that they had found their perfect men. They were set to have chubby cheeked children, but still no happily ever after for Ella. Ella isn’t a servant anymore but she still lives with her step mother who is an old woman. Ella has decided she doesn’t need a happily ever after because that is not an ending. It is just a pause.

She hoped that she will find her bliss in the Caribbean Sea in the second time.

I like the plot of this story. The woman can survive her life from her problems. She didn’t spend her life in despair. She tries to be better than before.

No one believes a liar, even when he says the truth.

• I like the article because of several reasons. First, because I like to climbing mountains. I chose this topic. Second, this article gave me a lot of information about rain forest. Last, all forest in Indonessia are rain forest so I have to know about rain forest better than anyone in this world.
• I have learnt so many things from this article, not only from the language I could learnt expressions which were I never found before such as “the most complex interdependence of plants and animals”, ”temperature latitudes”, “tropical rain forest” and “temperature rain forest”. Second, I also learn about the rain forest. For instance, there are two types of rain forest, tropical rain forest. The location of tropical rain forest are in Brazil and South East Asia including Indonesia while the location of temperate rain forest are in Chile, North America and the South part of Australia.

The story is using second person point of view. The main character,”you” is a new member of an organization to research about bee. It is in the Amazon Jungle. When he enters the main tent where the head of that organization stays, he finds out that Dr. Hernandez, the head, is attacked by swarms of killer bees. At first, it looks like just an accident, a moment of reckless, which caused the bees to release attack. However, apparently that is not the case. “You” and another member named Jorge think that the bee attack is not an accident. So, they decide to seek out the truth.

Comment:

This story is quite interesting. It has an interesting plot line and easy language use. I can understand it easily. Reading this story, I can get more knowledge about bees.

The main character came to research place; but there was a bad thing happened. The doctor on the research lab found unconscious because of stung by bees. Actually, the doctor got another sickness from something mysterious. The reader have to choose some choices to know the ending of the story; but the story is really long.

• I do not really like the story, because I have to make many cliks in the monitor to know the rest of the story. I also have to think and guess what happen next. I think I prefer to read the story which has easy to understand, but still can entertain the reader.
• I learned some vocabulary from science world. Yet, some of them difficult to understand. Sometimes I asked my friend in the middle of the activity to know the meaning the difficult words.

• I like the story. It seems that Sarah was very imaginative person.
• Language use: I think some of them seems new for me such as run blindly, and a daze of confusion.

Margery awaked her and told why she wanted meg to come to her house at that day. She told that she did not want to be alone because it was the day when Margery died.

• I like this story. It is a kind of mystery story which always makes us want to know what the next. It is also makes our heart beat loudly.
• By reading this short story, I get the lesson that we should not break our promise to other. In addition, as the human being we can not live alone. We need others to help us.

She cried and said to her husband, but her husband was angry and said that she had to be a kitchen maid and helped the cook in the king’s palace. In a party, she saw the king Grisly-beard and then he said to the princess that actually he was faddler who had lived with her. He was the soldier that over her stall. He did all that things because he loved her so much and wanted her to learn wisdom. Finally, his father came and the party was actually for her and her husband.

Comment:

It’s an interesting story about how to make bad habit/ behave of someone change. The princess who had bad behave at the first could change to a good woman, wise and also nice person.

• I do like these
• The Bee and Road to Happiness. From language aspects, I gain so many new languages which is related with religion. From the content aspects, it is improve my knowledge. For instances, why God choose the name “The Bee” in Sura 16 of the Qur’an is to get our attention to the importance of the bees. The bees are one of these miracles of God. Bees can produce honey, keep plants living well, and many other wonderful things that proves bees are so important. Also, I read “Road to Happiness, what I can take from their article is if we want to got the truth happiness, we have to take God as number one priority. In sum, it is only improve my English and knowledge, but also my faith to God.

Because of that, she also trapped on free sex with Jay, his boyfriend. One day, after 12 years she felt that she need her mom badly. At first everything seems so perfect when she met her mom and huge her. She felt relax, surrender and wanted to scream. Then, the perfect moment gone, suddenly she cried. Both of them burst into tears and the tears didn’t bring them any closer. They were already move away from each other. They didn’t know each other at all. At last Victory wrapped her arms around herself and looked away. She wondered why it is so hard to fell anything.

Comment:
Great story, so touching. It is described how important family is; moreover, a mother. Every child need a good figure of mother to light up her/his life. This story also show about the feeling of a broken home girl and how she tried to feel the emptiness inside her heart. It teach me “mother to be” to care more about my child and always stand by him/her self.

the first thanks giving day

I read about the first thanks giving day. Actually, the thanksgiving is celebrate for keeping with a long tradition of celebrating the harvest and giving thanks for a successful bounty of crops. The first thanksgiving was done in 1621 by the Plymouth colonist and Wampanoag Indians by sharing an autumn harvest feast. This harvest meal has become and less vegetables, also surprising spicy cooking.

1. I like this topic because basically I am interested in reading about history.

Comment

1. I like to read this article although I never celebrate it in my custom and my religion. I like the way to celebrate Halloween with dressing up in all manner of ghoulish costumes then parading around the neighborhood to frighten somebody else. It is unique and interesting to do.
2. Before I read this article, I just think that Halloween is only trick and treating. Now, I know that Halloween is also about prayers. In Halloween, Christians would walk from village to village begging for “soul cakes”, made out of square pieces of bread with currant. The more sour cakes the beggar would receive, the more prayers they would promise to say on behalf of the dead relatives of donors.

1. I like the story because it’s really interesting. It shows a pest who spent his birthday to annoy people whom he met. In the end, he was success in bothering.
2. The language is still simple so it’s easy to understand. As I stated before, the content is interesting and amusing enough for me. Also, the story contains many places so it can influence me to search those places.

TITLE: THE STORY OF THE DRAGON ROCK

We are reading so much a lot of stories from a lot of websites. But, it just like unfinished since it is too boring to read them at all. We just read the story of the Dragon Rock that tells story about one poor village which was helped by sneezing dragon. The dragon was actually asleep but people at that village really hoped that a miracle come to make lain fell down from sky. But, one peculiar day, a flock of dash were flying through the air and went in to the dragon nose. This dragon which was sleeping accidentally sneezed to the ground and make a crack and from that clock, the water was being spread.

COMMENT:

1. We like the story very much though it is a story from children since the plot is very funny and amusing.
2. We learnt a lot of things such as new vocabulary, new idiom, new expression, etc.
